Job summary

HSO is seeking a Service Line Portfolio Delivery Lead to steer delivery strategy across Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Production/Manufacturing portfolios. You will partner with Service Line leaders to strengthen portfolio health, client satisfaction, and delivery execution while guiding risk management and recovery planning for challenged engagements.

Qualifications

Experience leading ERP and enterprise transformation delivery portfolios with profitability focus.
Proven ability to identify delivery risks and guide executive decisions.
Experience mentoring project and engagement leaders and building scalable teams.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery strategy and execution for an assigned Unified Operations portfolio spanning Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM, and Production/Manufacturing.
Partner with Service Line leaders and Engagement Managers to improve portfolio performance and client satisfaction.
Own portfolio risk and escalation management with timely intervention and recovery planning for challenged engagements.
Provide leadership and delivery oversight for large, complex ERP and business transformation engagements.
Build Service Line delivery capability by mentoring leaders and developing delivery leadership.
