Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a CRM Operations Manager to define, govern, and evolve the CRM Portfolio operating model. You will ensure governance, prioritization, and data-driven decisions across initiatives, investments, and capabilities, enabling alignment with business priorities and delivery capacity.

The role focuses on governance effectiveness, portfolio transparency, and scalable operating models, including AI-enabled capabilities and future ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Governance, Business Operations, or Consulting roles.
• Strong governance and operating model leadership with clarity and execution.
• Experience enabling data-driven portfolio decisions and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CRM Portfolio governance framework.
• Define governance processes, decision structures, and operating standards.
• Facilitate steering committees, portfolio reviews, and leadership forums.
• Ensure decisions align with business priorities, strategy, and capacity.
• Drive consistency across governance practices and reporting.
• Own demand intake, pipeline management, and prioritization processes.
• Ensure initiatives are properly assessed, categorized, and aligned to strategy.
• Coordinate vendor governance and performance monitoring where applicable.
• Own portfolio reporting, performance tracking, and executive visibility.
