Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience, with knowledge of CRM platforms, databases, SQL, APIs, and ETL processes.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms, relational databases, and data integration concepts (SQL, APIs, ETL) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement CRM solutions within CSUF’s CRM platform and related tools.
• Manage system setup, upgrades, migrations, reporting, performance monitoring, and usage oversight for the CRM and related apps.
• Design, develop, and monitor integrations and data automation processes to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement enhancements and new functionality.
