Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data integration is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement solutions within CSUF’s CRM platform.
• Manage system setup, upgrades, migrations, reporting, and security for the CRM environment.
• Design, develop, and monitor integrations and data automation processes.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate enhancements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Provide leadership and training as needed.
