Job summary

Assured Data Protection is seeking a CRM Platform Engineer to own and optimize our shared platform stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero. You will configure platforms, maintain integrations, and ensure reliable data flows to support sales, marketing, and support teams.

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead platform hygiene, automate processes, onboard new tools like Confluence and Jira, and collaborate with InfoSec and MIS to meet security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration experience with HubSpot in a business-critical environment.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms and data structures across systems.
• Experience with ITIL-style change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-platform collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
• Maintain platform hygiene and automate workflows.
• Onboard new platforms (Confluence, Jira) and document configurations.
• Manage changes through ITIL-aligned processes with risk assessment.
• Provide platform health updates and stakeholder reporting.
• Troubleshoot cross-platform integration issues.
