Job summary

Assured Data Protection Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a CRM Platform Engineer to own and optimize the shared platform stack (HubSpot and Salesforce) while supporting Zendesk and ChurnZero. This hands-on role ensures data flows reliably and platforms stay clean and integrated.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support, onboard new tools such as Confluence and Jira, and continually improve automation and governance in an ITIL-aligned environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on HubSpot administration in a business-critical environment.
Understanding CRM/CX data structures and cross-system connections.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms with middleware or native tools.
Experience managing platform changes via ITIL-like processes.
Strong troubleshooting across multiple systems and excellent communication.
Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support teams.
Fast learner who can pick up new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure HubSpot, Salesforce; support Zendesk and ChurnZero, focusing on workflows, automation and hygiene.
Maintain knowledge across all platforms; dive deep where needed to fix issues.
Identify automation opportunities and data enrichment to improve efficiency.
Onboard new platforms (Confluence, Jira) with initial configuration and documentation.
