Job summary

Assured Data Protection in Herndon, VA is hiring a CRM Platform Engineer to own and support the shared platform ecosystem, primarily HubSpot, with Zendesk, Salesforce, and ChurnZero in scope.

The role focuses on configuring platforms, maintaining integrations, and ensuring reliable data flow while supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams. A hands-on generalist who adapts quickly to new SaaS tools is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
• Practical understanding of CRM data structures and cross-system connections.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using middleware or native tools.
• Experience managing platform changes through formal processes (ITIL or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-system collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Sales/Marketing/CS/Support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the shared platform stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
• Maintain knowledge across platforms, with depth where needed.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve processes across platforms.
• Support onboarding of new platforms (Confluence, Jira) with initial configuration and documentation.
• Manage change requests using ITIL-aligned processes and maintain platform docs.
• Provide platform health updates and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
