Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, email and performance marketing for DTC or retail.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience with email/SMS platforms and paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch email, SMS, and paid media campaigns that tell our brand story and drive clicks and purchases.
• Maintain triggered flows, abandoned cart sequences, and retention automations with testing.
• Manage the CRM and performance marketing calendar to align launches across channels.
• Pull ROAS/LTV reports and turn insights into optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with brand and digital partners on campaigns for major moments and promos.
