Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sales Systems Operations Lead to own the CRM platform administration, service delivery, and release governance from Princeton, NJ. You will manage data flows, security, and performance across Veeva CRM and integrated systems, coordinating with IT and business teams to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in IT operations, CRM administration, or systems engineering in regulated environments.
• Hands-on administration experience with Veeva CRM or similar CRM/SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow) and Agile tracking tools (Jira/Kanban).
• Experience with release management and CI/CD in validated IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM platform administration, uptime, performance, and security.
• Serve as CI Owner in ServiceNow; maintain CMDB and dependencies.
• Administer configuration, environment refreshes, sandbox/production management, and break-fix activities.
• Triage incidents per ITIL processes; perform root-cause analysis.
• Design and execute IT operations test plans for changes and upgrades.
• Monitor logs, build dashboards, and automate reporting for operations and security.
