Morrisons is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Customer Engagement (CRM) to support digital marketing activity, focusing on email and push communications. You will work with the Customer Engagement team to deliver targeted campaigns, leverage data analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive engagement, retention and sales.

You’ll plan and execute campaigns in line with the calendar, segment audiences, ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines, and report results using

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and developing campaigns.
• Experience delivering consumer-centric digital communications.
• Ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.
• Knowledge of GDPR guidelines for customer data.
