Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging and results. A strong background in CRM, Excel, and agency coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 8-10 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of CRM principles and best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM communications and execution across Home Entertainment categories.
• Analyze post-campaign performance.
• Align CRM creative across HE teams to create consumer-centric copy & content.
• Partner with corporate marketing to governance and prioritization of campaigns.
• Manage CRM campaigns via JIRA with agency partners.
• Collaborate with Digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing experiences.
