The CRM Associate Manager drives revenue and engagement across Email, SMS, and in-app CRM by owning campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, translating business priorities into high-performing programs. This role leads creative briefing, testing, and lifecycle optimization, with a data-driven mindset to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong experience in Email and SMS marketing.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution across Email, SMS, and TikTok Shop CRM.
• Plan, brief, and execute tentpoles, promotions, storytelling, launches, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Drive CRM storytelling with alignment to Digital and Marketing.
• Lead CRM creative briefing and QA high-performing assets.
• Execute and QA campaigns across Email, SMS, and TikTok Shop CRM.
