LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading brand in the health & lifestyle space in their search for a strategic and marketing-savvy CRM Manager to join their team through the end of the year.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about email marketing, and loves balancing creative thinking with data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for CRM strategy, content ideation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across several brands.

This is a 5-6 month contract with the potential to extend.
The ideal candidate will be able to be onsite 1-2 days a week in one of their many locations throughout the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and manage 20+ creative briefs per month for email and integrated marketing campaigns
• Generate new content ideas to support customer engagement and campaign goals
• Develop and execute CRM and email strategies across multiple brands
• Maintain email segmentation strategy and best practices to protect sender reputation
• Collaborate with brand, social media, digital, and web teams to ensure alignment
• Analyze performance of email campaigns and summarize key learnings
• Use intermediate Excel skills to pull and interpret CRM and campaign data
• Help shape and evolve the customer journey through strategic CRM planning

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of CRM or email marketing experience, ideally within CPG, DTC, or startup environments
• Strong creative brief writing and content planning experience
• Passion for marketing and understanding of current email and digital trends
• Analytical mindset with experience summarizing data and reporting on campaign performance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
