Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Experience managing complex, multi-channel customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategy.
• Experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, loyalty).
• Build and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns via email, push, in-app messaging, and other owned channels.
• Own campaign planning, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
• Design and optimize automated customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, and Data Engineering to leverage insights for personalization.
• Create and maintain customer segmentation frameworks using demographic and behavioral data.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance and user experience.
• Monitor CRM KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversions, retention, churn, and LTV.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting on campaign performance and recommendations.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand, editorial priorities, and privacy regulations.
