Job summary

Infostud Group is seeking a GoHighLevel expert for a part-time, remote role (15–20 hours per week). You will manage funnels, automations, client accounts, and day-to-day operations.

The role requires advanced GHL experience, organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with online coaches or information products and understanding of funnels, memberships, and launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and maintain landing pages and sales funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Set up forms, workflows, triggers, and automations.
• Manage CRM contacts, pipelines, and customer accounts.
• Set up and troubleshoot subaccounts in GoHighLevel.
• Test funnels, checkout pages, and automations before launches.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting GHL funnels.
• Track client progress and update status sheets.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding tasks.
• Send weekly client status updates.
• Ensure checkout pages, upsells, and order bumps function correctly.
• Support email campaigns and automations and product launches.
• Troubleshoot customer payment, subscription, and access issues.
• Assist with course and membership management in Kajabi.
