Job summary

Convoy of Hope is seeking a Network Partner Engagement Coordinator to support onboarding and gratitude processes for new churches, schedule initial appointments for the Network Relations team, and ensure a positive first-gift experience. The role involves donor communications, data entry in Salesforce, and collaboration with the Network Directors to grow church partnerships.

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Place donor thank-you calls within 24–48 hours of first-time church gifts.
• Enter new church data into Salesforce accurately.
• Identify churches with potential for major partnerships and arrange first-time appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls for engagement and gift‑upgrade discussions.
• Support planning and coordination with Network Partner Engagement team and Directors.
