Job summary

Yamaha Outboards is seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA to lead lifecycle marketing across email and SMS. You will mentor the CRM & Email Marketing Specialist and collaborate with the DX team and stakeholders to build scalable programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and conversions.

The ideal candidate has strong CRM expertise, data-driven mindset, and leadership experience, with a track record of delivering personalized customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing or related fields.
• 1+ year of leadership/management experience overseeing direct reports and programs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Experience designing audience segmentation and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yamaha Outboards’ CRM strategy across email, SMS, lifecycle, retention, and loyalty programs.
• Supervise and develop the CRM & Email Marketing Specialist with direction and feedback.
• Own audience segmentation and activation for prospects, nurtures, owners, and product interests.
• Develop lifecycle journeys aligned with acquisition, ownership, and retention goals.
• Define personalization strategies to improve engagement and relevance across channels.
• Oversee SMS marketing strategy, segmentation, cadence, and governance.
• Collaborate with DX, Business Groups, and agencies to define requirements for Marketing Cloud and Data platforms.
• Build CRM roadmaps, campaign calendars and lifecycle programs tied to launches.
• Identify optimization opportunities via testing and journey refinement; ensure QA, tracking and compliance.
• Monitor metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions, Retention) using SFMC, GA4, Tableau.
