Job summary

Cartier is seeking a Business Applications Excellence Manager to drive strategic technology management across the CRC. You will coordinate product and system enhancements, lead UAT, and translate technical changes into actionable operational plans for improved ambassador efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven dashboards, collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of business operations experience in CRM, ecommerce, or related technology roles.
• Experience aligning Product, Engineering, and Operations to project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Technology Management: serve as the CRC’s liaison for Product and Technology tool support and guidance; lead UAT and testing for enhancements and releases; translate technical updates into operational impacts.
• Data, Reporting & Analytics: create and validate dashboards; analyze service levels, capacity, and advisor productivity; identify trends and elevate insights.
• Business Excellence: coordinate with international partners and IT; conduct system audits; train users; influence stakeholders to adopt best practices.
