Sesheng Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead for a contract engagement. This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX. As the D365 CRM Lead, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and architectural design of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, encompassing modules such as Sales and Field Service. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing seamless integrations between D365 CRM and various other enterprise systems, leveraging tools within the Power Platform, Azure Services, and custom APIs.

This role requires strong collaboration with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of robust and scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales and Field Service modules.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 CRM and external systems utilizing the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Azure Services, and custom APIs.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in D365 CRM development and customization.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to D365 CRM.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement modules).
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Solid understanding of Azure services relevant to integration and data management (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus).
• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PCF controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce to Dynamics 365 migration projects.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
