Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a District Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) in the Little Rock, Memphis, and NW Arkansas region. The role drives CRM product sales, builds strategic plans, and leads field teams to meet district revenue goals while maintaining high clinical and service standards.

The candidate will manage field visits, recruit and coach staff, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize performance across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree AND 5 years of Medical Device sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
• Conduct field visits and meetings to drive district sales and market penetration.
• Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management.
• Coordinate sales efforts across the district with reps and managers of other product lines.
• Communicate corporate, divisional, regional and district goals and activities clearly.
• Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals; provide coaching and performance reviews.
