Murphy USA Inc. is seeking a CRM & Digital Production Designer to transform creative concepts into channel-ready assets, code email templates, and support deployment across Murphy USA and QuickChek.

You will collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Analytics teams to implement tracking, ensure measurement readiness, and optimize the customer communications supply chain for scalability and automation.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Digital Media, CS, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email development, CRM production, or related disciplines.
• Experience coding HTML emails and reusable templates.
• Knowledge of campaign tracking, tagging, QA, and deployment standards.
• Understanding of CRM, CDPs, audience segmentation, and personalization.
• Familiarity with deployment platforms and marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Braze and Paytronix is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, code, test, QA, and support deployment of email communications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reusable email templates and libraries.
• Implement tracking parameters, tagging, and measurement requirements.
• Ensure communications support reporting, attribution, and performance optimization.
• Support dynamic content, modular email systems, and reusable structures.
• Partner with Digital and Analytics teams on audience deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support integration between email systems, DAM, deployment platforms, and CDPs.
• Collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Analytics to improve automation and workflow.
• Maintain deployment standards, tagging frameworks, and documentation.
• Monitor emerging email and marketing technologies for improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
