• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo; basic HTML knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute the promotional CRM calendar by building, testing, and scheduling emails.
• Brief the creative team on requirements for digital assets.
• Conduct A/B testing on promotional emails (subject lines, preheaders).
• Assist with reporting on multi-channel campaign performance.
