Job summary

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent projects across CRM, website, portal, mobile app, and notification platforms.
Charter projects, define scope and success criteria, and guide delivery lifecycle to on-time completion.
Manage Jira boards and backlog, coordinate stories, and facilitate sprint and release work.
Coordinate across marketing, field operations, IT and digital product teams to align dependencies and release timelines.
Maintain KPIs, benefits, and completion dates; surface risks and report status to leadership.
