Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Data Support Coordinator in Denver to enter and maintain data, analyze information for business decisions, and serve as a CRM SME. You will handle JIRA tickets and collaborate with professionals to improve data practices.

This role emphasizes accuracy, detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data management, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, and an Associates degree.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in data management and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert concerning the CRM software and data policies and processes.
• Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management and analysis processes.
