Our team is looking for a Data Support Coordinator. The Data Support Coordinator will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and managing data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This role will provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and act as a subject matter expert for the CRM software, data policies, and processes. The Data Support Coordinator will also provide direct internal client support via JIRA tickets. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment. #ZR

As Data Support Coordinator, you will:

• Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert concerning the CRM software and data policies and processes.
• Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests.

What you bring to the role:

• 2+ years experience in data management and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel.
