Qualifications

• 2+ years of data management and analysis experience.
• Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide analysis to inform business decisions for the professional services team.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for CRM data policies and processes.
• Assist the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests.
• Collaborate with team members to identify data management improvements.
