Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for CRM Marketing in Scottsdale, AZ to drive data-informed strategies for Seller and Owner verticals. You will model behaviors, personalize campaigns, and optimize lead generation and revenue across both business lines.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering and IT to ensure data quality, develop infrastructure, and measure campaign effectiveness with clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• 5+ years related experience including 2+ years as a Data Scientist with marketing analytics or CRM.
• Proven data-driven marketing experience with segmentation, targeting and personalization.
• Strong modeling, ML techniques and data mining capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Cordial, Braze) and marketing automation.
• Excellent SQL and big data handling skills; proficient in Python or R.
• Data visualization proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication to explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven CRM marketing strategies including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Map and analyze the customer journey for sellers/owners to optimize CRM interventions.
• Build segmentation models to target audiences for seller/owner projects.
• Design personalized communications and campaigns for Seller and Owner sectors.
• Integrate CRM data with other platforms for a holistic customer view.
• Establish KPIs and analytical frameworks to measure CRM campaigns across units.
• Analyze consumer data to identify trends, opportunities for engagement and cross-selling.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with trends in data science, CRM marketing, and real estate.
