Job summary

Legends Global, in Berea, OH, is seeking a CRM Specialist to drive data strategy for ticketing, partnerships, and sales. You will implement, maintain, and innovate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system while supporting digital marketing campaigns and reporting.

You will train staff, develop data enrichment strategies, and create dashboards in Dynamics, Tableau, and Power BI to enable data-driven sales and service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Economics, CS, Statistics, Sports Management or Business.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (prefer Microsoft Dynamics) and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and first line of CRM support for business processes.
• Train staff on CRM usage and data entry protocols.
• Evaluate third-party apps within CRM to enrich data and insights.
• Develop data collection and standardization processes to improve data quality.
• Create and distribute dashboards in Dynamics, Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute digital campaigns and target audiences.
• Support cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
