Job summary

RS Group in Fort Worth, TX seeks a CRM Program Manager to lead high-visibility CPQ initiatives and oversee Salesforce CRM programs across the US & Canada. You will align commercial strategy with system design, manage stakeholders, and ensure scalable solutions that improve quoting and revenue processes.

The role requires strong program management, experience with CPQ/Salesforce, and knowledge of industrial distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CPQ / Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership.
• Deep understanding of industrial distribution sales processes, pricing, and quoting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and related customer systems team to enable commercial priorities and user experience.
• Own US & Canada Salesforce CRM roadmap and governance; manage defects, enhancements, and integrations.
• Translate pricing and quoting requirements into scalable CPQ design and ensure system integrations.
• Partner with IT to plan schedules, budgets, and success metrics.
• Provide change management, training, and communication to stakeholders.
