Job summary

Abbott, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. The role focuses on engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products and responds to field inquiries from physicians and professionals.

You will build strong relationships, provide comprehensive product knowledge, and develop training programs for healthcare professionals while collaborating with engineers and vendors to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 2+ years of related experience or a CRM training certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops and leads CRM training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
