Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a CRM Channel Specialist to build and deploy customer communications across Email, SMS, or Chat. You will transform strategy briefs into live campaigns, ensure QA readiness, and deploy on schedule.

This hands-on role requires technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple builds without compromising quality. Experience with ESP/CRM tools and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with at least one ESP or CRM tool (Klaviyo, Cordial, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Attentive).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple builds and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build customer communications (emails, SMS, chat) inside the CRM platform.
• Configure audience segmentation, send timing, suppression logic, and personalization tokens.
• Prepare sends for QA review and deployment on schedule.
• Maintain records of builds, send dates, and audience parameters.
• Assist other channel specialists during high-volume periods.
