CRH Americas Building Products in Atlanta seeks a CRM Manager, Digital Customer Experience to own the customer journey marketing strategy across our brand portfolio and drive personalized engagement at scale.

You will lead CRM/CDP initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data 360, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and measure performance to optimize the path to purchase.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP (Salesforce Data 360).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
