Hard Rock Digital is assembling a customer-centric CRM team to expand across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive CRM messaging from strategy through execution, collaborating with product, marketing, data, and regulatory teams to optimize customer interactions in online gaming.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM experience in online gaming or sportsbook industries.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove) and email marketing tools.
• Strong data-analysis skills to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
• Solid project management abilities with multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer conversion, retention and reactivation campaigns.
• Coordinate pre-planned and real-time messaging to align with goals.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of messaging content for quality and consistency.
• Review and approve copy and graphics upon receipt.
• Ensure marketing and promotional materials are deployed on time.
