Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a curious, detail-oriented promoter to join our Promo & CRM pod. You will help design and manage player bonuses, offers, and on-site banners, while coordinating with product, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure timely execution within budgets.

You will support day-to-day CRM setup across email, push, and SMS, build audiences, review offer terms, and help analyze results to improve performance. This is an entry-to-mid level role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in promotions, CRM, digital marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure player bonuses, offers, and banners with guidance from cross-functional teams.
• Plan and launch promotions, from offer mechanics to go-live.
