Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Decision Support Analyst to support GM’s Customer Engagement and Marketing by planning and executing personalized, cross-channel campaigns and journeys. This role partners with marketing stakeholders, Marketing Operations, GMIT, Privacy, agencies, vendors, fulfillment teams, and other execution partners to translate business needs into accurate, scalable campaign solutions.

The role combines strong CRM and database-marketing expertise with hands-on campaign operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
5+ years in marketing technology, operations, CRM, or related areas.
Experience with 1:1 and omnichannel digital programs and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

Consult with stakeholders on strategy, data needs, channels, timing and analytics.
Own or coordinate automated 1:1 programs across email, SMS, push, social, web.
Translate business needs into campaign specs, data mappings, and journeys.
Configure campaigns in Adobe Campaign, AEP, and AJO and related tools.
Gather requirements and support end-to-end testing and optimization.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams on program architecture.
Apply data quality, privacy, governance, and validation practices.
