• Four years in a field related to supporting automated business operations, business applications, network environments, or server-based systems.
• Current and valid driver's license.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Simpleview CRM database, including reporting, dashboards, upgrades, customizations, user permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and support the Partnership Portal and provide training and assistance to users.
• Develop and deliver ongoing application and system training programs.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for applications, hardware, and departmental systems.
• Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues while escalating complex incidents when necessary.
• Support hardware and software inventory management and maintenance activities.
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Create clear and professional written communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
• Troubleshoot technology-related problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with workflow automation, process improvement initiatives, and documentation development.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and service standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical assistance to users with varying levels of technical experience.
