CBTS has partnered with a client to identify a CRM Business Solutions Consultant for a 6-month contract role with possible extensions.

  • Role can be fully remote (if able to work/support EST or CST business hours)
  • Possible domestic travel (up to 25% on a very high-end estimate)
  • W2 only, no C2C/1099 or W2 margin share at this time!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Business Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to guide one of our client's Business Units through the early stages of CRM evaluation and potential reimplementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM solutioning, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement to assess current systems, identify gaps, and align CRM capabilities with business goals.

Mgr objectives:

  • Help the business unit determine why they want CRM
  • Define what they want to track in CRM
  • Clarify the vision and the problems they aim to solve
  • Create process maps of current workflows to identify pain points
  • Work with business and transition to IT BA and CRM manager in a new role
  • Expertise in MS Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to understand current CRM usage, challenges, and desired outcomes

Process Mapping:

  • Develop detailed process maps of current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate with business units to determine specific CRM tracking requirements and define the vision for CRM utilization

Solution Design:

  • Analyze findings to design CRM solutions that address pain points and align with business objectives

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 to recommend features and functionalities that meet business needs

Presentation to Leadership:

  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to leadership outlining findings, proposed solutions, and strategies for implementation

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of CRM consulting experience, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven success in CRM implementations and process improvements

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of change management and training methodologies
