Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York City seeks a Sr Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver trusted analytics solutions across Salesforce CRMA/Tableau and Tableau ecosystems. You will build data-driven dashboards, data pipelines, and AI-enabled analytics while upholding security, governance, and scalable architecture.

You will mentor engineers and partner with product owners to translate business needs into robust analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development and analytics experience.
Hands-on with CRMA/Tableau CRM and Tableau.
Strong Salesforce data model and integration skills.
Experience integrating CRMA/Tableau with Salesforce Lightning pages/apps.
Knowledge of secure coding and governance in analytics projects.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end analytics and data pipelines for CRMA/Tableau and Tableau.
Design secure production code and dashboards; ensure performance and governance.
Create architecture artifacts for AI-driven analytics applications.
Translate business requirements into KPIs, data models and dashboards.
Lead AI-assisted engineering practices and promote code quality.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative culture.
