Job summary

Citco, a global leader in fund services, is seeking a data-driven Business Development Analyst to join its Client Services team in Jersey City. The role focuses on CRM optimization, insightful reporting, and market analysis to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

You will design dashboards, analyze sales data, and deliver data-driven recommendations. The position requires strong communication skills and experience with CRM systems, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau in a hybrid Jersey

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field
• 2+ years driving results in business development, operations, or a related client-facing function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
• Proficiency in salesforce or related CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics/KPIs
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management skills & ability to communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• CRM Optimization: Analyze and optimize our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• CRM Optimization: Develop and maintain CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support sales team activities.
• CRM Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
• Reporting and Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting and Analytics: Present findings and recommendations to reporting manager, sales leadership & relevant stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
• Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Market Research and Analysis: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our target markets and customer segments
• Market Research and Analysis: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy development and execution
