Job summary

UPS is seeking a CRM Change Management & Adoption Lead to drive successful CRM adoption across users, services, and regions. You will bridge the CRM Center of Excellence with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Communications, and end users to maximize business value from CRM investments.

You will develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, user engagement initiatives, and training coordination activities to support global CRM transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, CRM Enablement, Sales Operations, or Organizational Development.
• Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or similar change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM change management strategies for new features, releases, and process changes.
• Assess adoption readiness and identify stakeholder engagement opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Leadership.
• Create and manage CRM communications plans, including newsletters and release announcements; translate technical changes into business value.
