Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of CRM administration experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, data handling, and user support.
• Experience in workflow automation, data management, and integrations with other systems (ERP, marketing platforms).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, performance, and secure user access.
• Customize and configure CRM fields, workflows, dashboards, and reports; integrate with other systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions.
• Provide CRM training and ongoing user support; resolve system issues promptly.
• Perform regular system audits and reports on CRM usage and performance metrics.
• Assist with data imports/exports and database maintenance.
• Stay current on CRM updates and best practices; recommend process improvements.
