Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. in Jericho, NY (hybrid: in-office Mon-Thu at Jericho or Atlanta, GA and remote on Friday) is seeking a CRM Assistant Manager, Email & SMS Activation to drive revenue through activation of promotional and lifecycle campaigns across Email and SMS.

You will partner with CRM Strategy, Loyalty, Creative, Analytics, Brand, and CRM Operations to ensure campaigns are set up to perform, measured correctly, and improved through structured test-and-learn.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing with Email and SMS activation experience.
• Ability to own and deliver revenue outcomes through CRM channels.
• Strong understanding of Email and SMS best practices including CAN-SPAM, TCPA compliance and deliverability.
• Experience working with CRM Operations teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; detail oriented.
• Experience in ecommerce/retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue delivery for Email and SMS by managing campaign readiness, execution quality, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor channel performance and flag risks, opportunities, and actions to hit revenue goals.
• Deliver campaign performance reporting and insights across KPIs (revenue, conversion, CTR, opt-outs, deliverability).
• Drive A/B testing and optimization of creative, cadence, and targeting.
• Support improvements to CRM execution processes and cross-functional ways of working.
