Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a CRM marketing professional to lead end-to-end campaigns across Email and SMS. Build and optimize lifecycle programs to drive revenue and engagement, with 2–4+ years in CRM or digital marketing.

You will collaborate with CRM Operations and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant best practices and measurable performance improvements. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, attention to detail, and experience in eCommerce or retail.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing with Email and SMS activation.
• Ability to own and drive revenue outcomes through CRM channels.
• Strong Email and SMS best practices knowledge, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
• Experience collaborating with CRM Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Data-driven with ability to turn insights into performance improvements.
• eCommerce or retail experience preferred.

Job description

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 $170,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications

• 2-4 + years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing with Email and SMS activation experience
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver revenue outcomes through CRM channels
• Strong understanding of Email and SMS best practices including compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA), deliverability, and customer experience
• Proven ability to work effectively with CRM Operations teams and manage cross‑functional execution in a matrixed environment
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret results and turn insights into performance improvements
• eCommerce and/or retail experience preferred
