Job summary

Electrify America, LLC seeks a Critical Power Strategy Manager to lead commissioning and technical guidance for our nationwide EV charging network. You will bridge Commissioning, NOC, Engineering, OEMs, and field teams to ensure site readiness, energization, and reliable operation.

The role demands 5+ years of experience and a BSEE (or equivalent), with travel about 40% to support field projects. You will develop scalable processes, scopes of work, and training to improve execution and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in commissioning, energization, corrective maintenance, or power-restoration.
• Ability to review field data, translate findings into defined scopes, and guide field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support commissioning blockers, energization issues, and equipment faults.
• Develop scalable commissioning processes, standards, and documentation.
• Provide secondary technical support to PRT for restoration events and lessons learned.
• Drive clear technical handoffs between commissioning, NOC, Engineering, OEMs, and field teams.
