Job summary

Electrify America, LLC is seeking a Critical Power Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning strategy for our network in the U.S. This role ensures site readiness, adherence to standards, and seamless handoff from construction to operations.

You will direct cross-functional teams, collaborate with Design-Build partners and manufacturers, and provide hands-on support for commissioning activities, startup validation, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commissioning or electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and equipment.
• Experience with electrical system troubleshooting and repair.
• Mechanical aptitude to evaluate site readiness and installations.
• Experience developing training materials for technicians or operators.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the commissioning program and establish standards to prepare sites for commissioning.
• Manage relationships with Design-Build firms, equipment manufacturers, and service providers.
• Provide technical leadership and SME support for safe, compliant commissioning activities.
• Develop and deliver commissioning training and certification programs.
• Lead resource management and safety leadership for commissioning teams.
