Job summary

Battelle Energy Alliance is seeking a Project Specialist in Idaho Falls to support the Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience team. The role operates on a 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off at the Idaho Falls facility, contributing to mission-critical projects across federal security domains.

The position emphasizes controlling baselines, coordinating logistics, and interfacing with customers to standardize processes while driving process improvements and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required at Level 1; higher levels require additional experience or advanced degrees.
• DOE clearance and ability to work in a secured environment (Q clearance) as required.
• Testing Designated Position (TDP) eligibility and pre-employment screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure baselines (technical, schedule, budget) are controlled throughout each project phase.
• Coordinate task activities and document all phases of the work.
• Manage asset management, logistics, procurement, and administrative support for programs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Level 1)

Bachelor's Degree + 2 years or Master's/PhD (Level 2)
