Clearance Requirement: Applicants must undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility criteria, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information. An active Top-Secret SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Passport Requirement: Continued employment depends on meeting security requirements, including providing a valid passport for site access.

Responsibilities

Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center operates at peak efficiency. This involves planned preventative maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response. The technician reports to a program manager, interacts with Onsite Engineering Operations (OEO) and third-party vendors, and serves as a focal point for facility operations. Equipment supporting mission-critical servers must maintain >99.999% uptime.

  • Meet CET3 requirements; CET4 is an SME position requiring expertise on critical equipment types.
  • Understand system operations, failure impacts, and have a holistic view of infrastructure, including MV/LV Distribution Boards, UPS, generators, batteries, and various HVAC and fire systems.
  • Review service reports, identify anomalies, and flag deterioration of critical equipment.
  • Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes.
  • Lead Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Develop reliability reports to improve efficiency, resiliency, and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure capacity and availability targets are met.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Must hold an active Top-Secret SCI with Poly clearance.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shift changes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician or HVAC license or equivalent.
