M.C. Dean, a leader in building intelligence, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead design, bid, and execution of mechanical systems within facilities operations. The role requires coordinating with contractors and stakeholders across project phases from concept through completion.

You will need 7+ years in mechanical design and project execution and must hold active TS/SCI clearance to start. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering software is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, project execution, or facilities engineering.
• Active TS/SCI clearance to start; willingness to obtain polygraph as required.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and size mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing) using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Prepare scopes of work, specifications, and bid packages; assist with procurement strategies.
• Provide technical oversight during construction, coordinate with contractors and field teams.
• Support facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle upgrades; maintain as-built docs.
