Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Critical Care Transport/Flight Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care within the Emergency and Transport Services program. The role reports to the CCT Program Nurse Manager and requires an RN license in PA/NJ (or Compact) and PHRN certification.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years ICU experience, BLS/PALS/ACLS, and a willingness to obtain CFRN or CTRN within 12 months. EVOC/EMSVO and driver qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in PA and NJ or Compact license.
• Current PA PHRN certification.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for critical transport patients.
• Develop and implement care plans with expected outcomes.
• Coordinate with team to manage staffing and resources.
• Maintain unit records and participate in performance improvement.
• Complete required courses and maintain certifications.
