Qualifications

• Clinical practice experience required.
• Educational experience preferred.
• LPN license in New Jersey required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the CCT training program.
• Serve as faculty for classroom, skills lab, and clinical rotations to ensure student competence.
• Ensure instructional materials align with evidence-based guidelines and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide clinical opportunities and ensure clinical requirements are met.
• Plan and organize assignments to promote a positive learning environment and meet deadlines.
• Monitor attendance and performance; provide timely feedback.
